At PACH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all PACH tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
